In about 45 minutes, you gain insight into your personal Horsepower® profile: how you deal with stress, change, collaboration, and leadership. The cockpit puts words to what you often already feel, but find hard to articulate.

How does it work?

You first complete a structured multiple-choice questionnaire, followed by an open questionnaire with in-depth reflection questions. Based on these two comprehensive input streams, you receive a personal report that clearly maps your energetic profile, including a clear visualisation of your Horse Power® profile with insight into your resilience, recovery, efficiency, communication and impact.
