The Horse Power Scan consists of three parts: 1) an online preparation, 2) an outdoor session at Horse Act, and 3) a 121 debrief of your personal report. This unique encounter with the horses takes just 2 hours of your time. Fear of horses? No worries — our coaches ensure the safety of both the client and the horse at all times. Together, we’ll decide which horse to work with during your session — and why.
Your final report will include: A detailed reading by the horse of all your horse powers, a comparison with group averages and a series of practical insights and tools tailored to your growth potential.
Your results are presented per domain and trait, combining both the input provided by the participant and the observations made by the horse and/or horse coach. Two key performance indicators (KPIs) help further clarify the assessment:
- Congruence – How well does the participant’s self-perception align with what the horse reflects?
- Consistency – How evenly does the participant score across the different themes?
