Horse people know better than anyone that horses possess a unique gift. They instinctively sense the energy you radiate, the intention behind your actions, and they respond not to what you say, but to what you embody. Whether your ambition is to coach people with the help of horses or to build a genuine partnership with your own horse, everything starts from the same foundation: a person who stands firmly in their own HorsePower®.
Inspired by this vision, we have developed three unique learning pathways. Each has its own focus, yet all are built upon the same foundation: a profound understanding of equine psychology, natural leadership, and mutual trust:

- The HorsePower® Practitioner programme is designed for coaches, HR professionals, trainers, and facilitators who want to integrate the HorsePower® model into their professional practice. You will learn how to work with the HorsePower® behavioural model and guide both individual and team development programmes. Beyond mastering the methodology, you will also grow personally in natural leadership, communication, and emotional intelligence.
- The HorsePower® Equine Coach programme is intended for those who wish to coach people through the unique interaction between humans and horses. You will discover how horses naturally reveal emotions, beliefs, and behavioural patterns, and how to translate these insights into meaningful and lasting personal growth. Along the way, you will deepen your understanding of equine psychology and the HorsePower® methodology, enabling you to guide both people and horses with confidence, respect and professionalism.
- The HorsePower® Horse Whisperer programme is not a course in liberty dressage. Instead, it provides the foundations that make true liberty work possible. You will gain a deeper understanding of the horse's natural language and develop the skills to build a lasting partnership with your horse through trust, intention, and Fluid Leadership. By combining profound insights into equine psychology with a deeper awareness of your own HorsePower®, you will discover how subtle energy, clear communication, and mutual respect create a partnership in which movement is no longer the result of command, but of shared choice. This foundation opens the door to everything that follows—from liberty work to an exceptional relationship between horse and human.

“With our team of seven, we took part in the full-day workshop The Silent Language at Horse Act. No role-playing, but a genuine experience centered around non-verbal communication — together with the horses. We began with a short theoretical introduction about body language, intention, and the power of energy in communication. Then we went to the paddock to work with the Horse Act horses. Each team member had the opportunity to connect with a horse, individually or in pairs — without words. Only through presence, posture, breathing, and inner calm. Over the course of the day, the atmosphere in our team shifted. There was more calm, more real listening.
The feedback afterwards was unanimously positive. We learned that communication is so much more than what you say. Highly recommended for any team that wants to grow in mutual understanding and respectful alignment.”

I answered it as truthfully and deeply as possible — the more information I provided, the more accurate the analysis could be, I thought. But during our team event at Horse Act, we discovered something completely different: the gentle power of connection.
